Telkom Indonesia’s international arm Telin says it has signed a master services agreement (MSA) with Philippine telco DITO Telecommunity that aims to boost cross-border connectivity across Asia.
According to a statement from Telin dated Wednesday, the MSA establishes a structured framework for both companies and their respective affiliates to mutually procure and deliver telecoms services, including international connectivity, data services, and enterprise solutions across both networks.
Telin said the tie-up with DITO supports both internal operational needs and commercial service offerings, which will allow both telcos to respond more effectively to evolving market demands.
Telin also said the deal will enhance operational synergy for both operators, as well as scale their commercial capabilities, and improve service delivery efficiency by enabling more agile and integrated collaboration across their networks.
Telin’s chief commercial officer Kharisma said the partnership with DITO reflects “a strong alignment in our strategic objectives and a shared ambition to accelerate connectivity across the Asia region and beyond.”
“As Filipino businesses become increasingly connected to the region, partnerships like this allow us to extend our capabilities beyond our network and deliver more seamless, cross-border solutions,” added Atty. Adel A. Tamano, chief commercial officer of DITO Telecommunity.
